Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for addressing technical issues related to electricity throughout the equipment lifecycle, from procurement to utilization.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient spare parts inventory, and actively participate in installation, commissioning, and other acceptance procedures.
  • Regularly analyze equipment failure records, develop improvement plans for equipment, and oversee their execution. Direct efforts towards enhancing equipment performance and reliability.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for equipment during production processes, ensuring timely completion of production tasks. Analyze equipment failures and downtime, and devise strategies to minimize failure rates.
  • Offer technical support to maintenance personnel and actively contribute to reducing equipment downtime. Coordinate training sessions for onsite maintenance staff as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective TPM plan, solve repeated failures and optimize equipment operation. 
  • Rapid response and implementation of major failure decisions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Mechatronics/Industrial Automation/Machinery Manufacturing and Automation or other related majors. 
  • More than 3-year experience in equipment maintenance, management and other related work experience. 
  • Experience in maintenance and management of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, sensor type, servo control, CNC control system, robotics (ABB/KUKA/Yaskawa), etc.
  • Possess expertise in dealing with high-voltage electricity and hold a valid license in Serbia for working with such systems.
  • Integrity and honesty, hardworking and pragmatic, strong sense of responsibility.   
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
