Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a close, trust-based relationship with customers, providing advanced technical support and guidance.
• Develop and standardize product specifications in collaboration with the project quality manager.
• Address technical challenges by coordinating cross-functional team (CFT) resources.
• Conduct advanced risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for both EU BDC and CN BDC development projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality or project management within the mechanical industry, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong proficiency in 2D mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficient in English.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management, cost control, project management, and quality planning, as well as familiarity with the IATF 16949 quality management system.
• Demonstrates a proactive, responsible, and decisive attitude; values loyalty, fairness, respect, and resourcefulness.
