Brief Job Description
We are seeking a Cost Accountant to support accurate cost control and financial analysis in our Loznica plant. The role ensures proper cost calculation, reporting, and monitoring to support business decisions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost reports and variance analysis.
• Monitor production costs and ensure accuracy of data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
