Position Title: Financial Supervisor

Position location: Loznica, Serbia

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Review Sales Prices: Verify business sales prices monthly according to sales contracts and maintain an account ledger.
  2. Analyze and Review Abnormal Expenses: Analyze and review all abnormal expenses for the factories, particularly interpreting local Serbian contracts to minimize abnormal expenses. Communicate and standardize financial requirements with other departments.
  3. Master SAP and HFM Systems: Proficiently operate the SAP system at the factory level and the Group’s HFM system, independently generating reports for the Serbian region.
  4. Update on Serbian Tax and Financial Policies: Educate factory financial personnel on the latest Serbian tax and financial policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  5. Handle Ad Hoc Tasks: Address other temporary tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in financial supervision, analysis, or management.
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Strong understanding of Serbian tax laws, financial policies, and local business regulations
