Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the local HRIS system.
2. Manage user requirements and communicate and coordinate with the operation and maintenance vendors.
3. Responsible for training key local users.
Qualification Criteria:
1. Associate degree or higher.
2. Major in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
3. Over one year of work experience.
4. Experience in implementing or maintaining HR-related systems is preferred.
5. Strong analytical and judgment skills, with good coordination, communication, and verbal expression abilities.
6. Language Requirement: Fluent in English.
