Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator

Minth Group is hiring an L&D Coordinator to join our company either in Loznica or Sabac. We invite all interested candidates to apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and monitor the annual training planin alignment with organizational strategy
  • Independently plan, organize and manage training programs such as onboarding, leadership development and functional skills training
  • Develop and maintain training resources and materials; coordinate both internal and external trainers
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness, establish feedback mechanisms and continuously improve training programs
  • Support talent development initiatives, including competency frameworks, talent pipeline building, and internal trainer certification
  • Promote a strong learning culture across the organization, and drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms
  • Provide regular reports and insights on training and development metrics to support business decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training or Learning & Development, preferably in multinational or large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of the full training cycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation)
  • Solid course development and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver selected training sessions
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate and improve programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
