Responsibilities:

• Project planning and process development, including verifying the technological process, purchasing the machines, developing the layout and personel demand
• Make the debugging plan and track the CTF 
• Responsible for control plan, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) , PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) 
• Train the production staff, create training and evaluation materials
• Lead PPAP audits, product and 4M change after SOP
• Responsible for mass production technology management, including controlling and updating technology requirement and files, solving quality problems from clients or site, and promote product integrative competence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majors related to planning and engineering
• Required project management experience and automotive experience
• High proficiency in English language
• Good at communicating, negotiation and teamwork
• Familiar with Quality control tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP
