Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and systems for new products
• Oversee all quality-related activities in compliance with standards and customer-specific requirements
• Prepare and coordinate customer and external system audits, ensuring full compliance and readiness
• Lead the execution of quality control plans and systems, ensuring product quality meets or exceeds established standards
• Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies

Requirements and skills:

• University degree or above in a relevant field
• Ability to travel abroad
• Proficiency in English
